IGNITE MARKETING GROUP
AI is already changing how your customers search and how your competitors work. IGNITE gets your business ready two ways: we set up and configure the AI platform your team will actually use, and we teach your people how to work with it, safely, consistently and in ways that show up in your results.
Is your business ready for AI?
Most teams are already using AI in some form, often on personal accounts, with no shared settings, no guidelines on what’s safe to paste in, and no way to know whether it’s saving time. Being AI-ready means three things: the right tool configured for your business, people who know how to get good results from it, and a plan for showing up when your customers use AI to search.
Option 1: We set up your AI platform
A done-for-you AI implementation, configured around your business instead of a generic default.
- Choosing the right platform. We compare business plans for ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot against the tools you already use, your budget and your data rules, then recommend a fit.
- Workspace and admin setup. Team accounts, roles and permissions, data and privacy settings, and single sign-on where your plan supports it.
- Custom assistants. We build assistants loaded with your brand voice, services, pricing guidelines and approved reference material, such as custom GPTs, Claude Projects or Gemini Gems, so answers sound like your company.
- Connections to your tools. Where the platform supports it, we connect AI to the email, documents, calendars and CRM your team already lives in.
- Prompt library. Ready-to-use templates for your most common tasks: quotes and proposals, customer replies, social posts, job listings, reports and more.
- AI use policy. Plain-language rules for what can and can’t go into AI tools, when output needs human review, and how to disclose AI use to customers.
Option 2: We train your team
Hands-on AI training for employees, built around the work they do every day, not abstract demos.
- AI fundamentals. What today’s AI tools are good at, where they fall short, and how to check their work so mistakes don’t reach customers.
- Prompting that works. Practical techniques your team practices on its own real tasks, so the skills stick.
- Role-based workshops. Separate sessions for marketing, sales, customer service, operations and leadership.
- AI for search. How customers now find businesses through ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Overviews, and what your team can do to get ahead in search.
- Flexible formats. On-site in Northeast Ohio or live virtual sessions, plus follow-up office hours as questions come up.
Many clients do both: we configure the platform, then train the team on the exact setup they’ll be using.
Start with an AI readiness assessment
Every engagement begins with a review of where you are today:
- The tools and workflows your team uses now, including any AI already in use
- The data you handle and what needs protecting
- Quick-win use cases that can save time right away
- Skills gaps across roles
- A snapshot of how your business appears in AI search answers today
You walk away with a prioritized 90-day plan, whether or not you work with us on it.
Get ahead in search while you’re at it
The same shift that’s changing how your team works is changing how customers find you. More buying research now starts with an AI answer instead of a list of links. Pair your AI rollout with our answer engine optimization (AEO) services, and read SEO vs. AEO vs. GEO for a plain-English explanation of what’s changed.
How it works
- Assess: AI readiness review and goals.
- Plan: platform recommendation, use cases and policy outline.
- Configure: workspace, custom assistants, connections and prompt library.
- Train: hands-on workshops by role.
- Support and measure: office hours, adoption check-ins and time-saved tracking.
Frequently asked questions
Does my team need to be technical?
No. Our training is built for business owners and everyday staff. If you can write an email, you can learn to work well with AI.
Which AI platform is best for a small business?
It depends on what you already use. Businesses running on Microsoft 365 often fit Copilot, Google Workspace users often fit Gemini, and many teams prefer ChatGPT or Claude for writing and analysis. We recommend based on your workflows, not a commission.
Is our business data safe in AI tools?
Business and enterprise plans from the major AI providers come with admin controls and data-use terms designed for companies, which are very different from free personal accounts. We review those terms with you, configure settings to match your policy and train your team on what should never be shared.
Can you train remote or multi-location teams?
Yes. We run live virtual sessions for distributed teams and on-site workshops in Northeast Ohio.
We already use ChatGPT. Do we still need this?
Often, yes. Most teams use a fraction of what their AI tool can do. A proper setup with shared assistants, templates and clear policy usually turns scattered individual use into consistent, measurable time savings.
